We’ve no idea what will happen once the game leaves Early Access, although it would make sense for them to bring it to PS given the first game was on the platform.
So, that’s a no for (probably) the next 12-18 months. That's why those consoles are announced and not PS4/5. The game can’t come to PlayStation whilst it remains in Early Access because of Sony’s rules. PS4/5 does not have an early access feature I don't believe, but PC and Xbox do. I had a pipe dream in my head that we could sell 100k copies of Slime Rancher 2 in the first 24 hrs if the stars aligned. Because Slime rancher is launching in EARLY ACCESS in 2022, not the full release.
